Between the Lines

One piece of clothing that I love for fall is a classic trench coat! It can be easily dressed up or down. Here I've decided to pair it with this adorable dress from Romwe! The dress originally hangs freely, but I used a small cloth string to bring it in around the waist. Since the dress has such intricate detailing around the shoulders, I felt a necklace would distract so I went with a pair of gorgeous amethyst earrings by Wood Merkaba! This look is perfect for fall cocktail events or date nights!

Back to Basics

This look is great for the summer to autumn transition! It's perfect everyday wear. It's mostly classic, but chic pieces, which makes it easy to mix and match. The faux leather jacket is lightweight and adds a bit of oomph and versatility.  The cropped, linen, sleeveless button down is nice and breezy for hot days.

Distressed without Stress

I haven't been wearing jeans very often of late. Mainly because of the heat and the fact dresses are so easy to throw on in the mornings. However, I've been taking my blogging as an opportunity to try To get out of my comfort zone. Considering these are only the second pair of blue jeans I own at the moment, I am very pleased with them! They're fitted and flattering without being constrictive! My lovely friend Amy gave me this awesome body chain by I Love Goldie! It has a little dagger pendant, that I adore! I feel a bit like an assassin when I wear it.
