Creating a Wavy Pixie

I've always had very straight hair and been the "roll out of bed and maybe brush my hair" girl. Plus, since I started bleaching it, I have been taking extra care of my hair by avoiding heat tools and excessive styling. But every now and then, it's nice to mix things up! That's why I'm so excited by the Irresistible Me Sapphire 8 in 1 Curling Wand because it gives you so many styling options! The wand heats up incredibly fast and you can choose your temperature.

To prep for this look, I always use a hair serum while my hair is damp to prevent breakage and to protect my hair from styling. I have been using Eva NYC Get Glossed Hair Serum from Ulta! It makes combs and brushes slide through my hair with ease. Curls hold better when your hair isn't bogged down by dirt and oils, so I'd also recommend grabbing a dry shampoo. I use the Eva NYC Dry Shampoo to help clean and to get some volume! It absorbs the oil and makes your hair smell delightful! Lastly, I protect my Keratin Complex Thermo- Shine thermal protectant mist to prevent dry, crisp hair. I wanted something wavy, more beachy than ringlets, so I opted for the 18/9mm cone barrel. I put my Sapphire curling wand on the lowest heat, and using the heat resistant glove, wrapped my little length around the wand, working my way around my head. I curled the longer pieces toward my face, and the shorter section on the other side away from my face. To finish the look, I sprayed my hair with Eva NYC Surfs Up Texture Spray for volume and hold!
